Property Management: 60 days notice

Advisory Services: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, before consultation begins
Property Management: Pro-rated refund for unused service period
Portfolio Review: 50% refund if cancelled before analysis begins
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services remain the property of InvestNest SG. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our materials without explicit permission.
InvestNest SG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
